The right hotel for every taste
Whether lifestyle hotel, all-inclusive resort or premium camp lodge: DER Touristik will be offering its guests even more target group-orientated accommodation with new hotels under its own hotel brands from summer 2024. “We are further sharpening the profiles of our existing hotel brands and aligning them even more closely with the needs of our guests. This is becoming increasingly important, as holidaymakers want individual holiday concepts – and this also applies to accommodation,” says Dr Ingo Burmester, CEO Central Europe DER Touristik Group.
In the coming season, the portfolio of DER Touristik hotel brands will consist of a total of 78 properties: 43 Sentido hotels, nine Aldiana, two Playitas resorts, two ananea hotels, ten Calimera resorts and 12 COOEE hotels.
ananea offers casual design near the beach
The lifestyle brand ananea, which was launched in 2023 with a hotel on Kos in Greece, is aimed at modern, style-oriented travellers. The ananea holiday concept is relaxed and combines the casual charm of boutique hotels with proximity to the beach. Next summer, the brand will also be opening a lifestyle hotel in Italy: In the south of Italy, in Calabria, another ananea will open. The hotel is nestled in a pine forest and the picturesque historic centre of Tropea is within walking distance. An adjoining beach club is also not far away. The new ananea will have 51 rooms and be furnished in an elegant industrial style.
The first long-haul ananea will also open in the Indian Ocean in 2025. Further hotels of the lifestyle brand will follow.
