The greatest wealth is health

Spain’s headquarter located in Palma de Mallorca celebrated their call for application for this year’s Healthy SME awards held by the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands (CAEB).

Although the Destination did not win, many new ideas to keep improving practices for healthy lifestyle habits and physical well-being, as well as the emotional well-being and psychosocial health of colleagues and the organization itself have been collected and assessed.

Since attendance at the award ceremony was limited, the following teambuilding event served as an opportunity to state the company’s strategy to improve in the beforementioned topics. Additionally, colleagues were updated about the sustainability journey that started in 2021 by applying as a member of Travelife, with the goal to work step by step toward complying with international sustainability standards.
